I've added a new section describing how to use Python for control purposes

Scicos-ITM v1.0 (Integrated Tokamak Modeling toolbox for ScicosLab developed by Simone Mannori, Roberto Bucher, ScicosLab Dev. Team) will be presented at the next "ITM Working Session Code Camp on Control Activities" at CEA Cadarache. Scicos has been selected for modeling, simulation and automatic code generation by the CEA team (ISIP) working on control technologies for thermonuclear fusion applications.
